Currently Peter is the General Counsel of the North Texas Information Systems Security Association a Cybersecurity Training Group and he is also a Fellow of the Society for Information Management -Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter a CIO Group. \nFor 12 years Peter served as the Founding Chair of the Texas Supreme Court Judicial Committee on Information Technology which is responsible for helping automate the Texas court system and creating the Texas eFiling System. \nPeter has taught courses at the SMU Dedman School of Law for more than 25 years including courses on eDiscovery and the Law of eCommerce.
