Whether you’re a first-timer or hitting the reset button\, you’ll walk away with practical ideas for establishing credibility\, building momentum\, and evolving architecture from an ad hoc function into a trusted partner in delivering real business impact. \nParticipants Will Learn\n\nWhere to start when standing up a new enterprise or solution architecture practice.\nHow to build credibility and strong partnerships with product and engineering teams.\nPractical ways to introduce governance and architectural guardrails without slowing delivery.\n\nAbout the Speakers\nAndrew Costa\nAndrew is Director of Enterprise & Solution Architecture at RaceTrac\, one of the largest privately held companies in the United States\, where he built the architecture practice from the ground up. Over a 25-year career spanning banking\, retail\, and consumer goods\, he has created and scaled architecture\, data\, and digital delivery functions for major brands\, including Truist\, Carter’s\, and Citizens Bank. He is a Wharton CTO Program graduate and a SIM Atlanta chapter member. \nDan Hughes\nDan is the founder of Wittij Consulting. Before launching the firm\, he spent a decade in software development before transitioning into IT architecture\, where he created an Open Group recognized architecture method and led the delivery of all architecture services for a company specializing in enterprise and solution architecture for over 15 years. Dan brings broad and deep knowledge of enterprise architecture techniques and technologies across manufacturing\, financial services\, banking\, healthcare\, insurance\, and regulatory compliance. \nCost to Attend\n\nFree for SIM Members.\nEmployees of SIM Members are welcome to attend for free—email easig@simnet.org for a promo code to register.\n\nPlease sign in to receive member pricing for you and your staff. \nAttendee Support\nIf you have trouble registering or need to renew your SIM membership\, email sim@simnet.org. \nIf you require special assistance of any kind\, call 800.387.9746 or email easig@simnet.org.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” column_margin=”default” column_direction=”default” column_direction_tablet=”default” column_direction_phone=”default” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” row_border_radius=”none” row_border_radius_applies=”bg” row_position_desktop=”default” row_position_tablet=”inherit” row_position_phone=”inherit” overflow=”visible” overlay_strength=”0.3″ gradient_direction=”left_to_right” shape_divider_position=”bottom” bg_image_animation=”none”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_tablet=”inherit” column_padding_phone=”inherit” column_padding_position=”all” flex_gap_desktop=”10px” column_element_direction_desktop=”default” column_element_spacing=”default” desktop_text_alignment=”default” tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_backdrop_filter=”none” column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” column_link_target=”_self” column_position=”default” gradient_direction=”left_to_right” overlay_strength=”0.3″ width=”1/1″ tablet_width_inherit=”default” animation_type=”default” bg_image_animation=”none” border_type=”simple” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_column_text]REGISTER HERE \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
