SUMMARY:Business Technology Leadership for Digital Transformation
DESCRIPTION:This Webinar will address the leadership challenges that CIOs and CTOs face as key participants in the digital transformation of small\, medium and large enterprises. It will focus upon the leadership skills and competencies necessary to launch and manage successful transformation programs. It will focus on the hard skills\, the soft skills and the organizational structures necessary to transform business processes and whole business models. It will challenge many of the assumptions the industry has made about what CIOs and CTOs should be\, as well as the best practices that have become obsolete in the last five years. \nThe Webinar will focus on how CIOs and CTOs can avoid extinction with emerging technologies and whole new governance models. It will focus on what constitutes digital transformation\, and how CIOs and CTOs can deliver business value well beyond technology infrastructure. It will focus on the skills and competencies CIOs and CTOs must master to become true C-suite executives\, as well as the “emotional” challenges they must overcome. The Webinar will ultimately offer a playbook for successful digital transformation. \nStephen J. Andriole’s career has focused on the development\, application and management of information technology and analytical methodology to problems in government and industry: Dr. Andriole has addressed them from academia\, government\, his own consulting companies\, a global insurance and financial services company\, from the perspective of a public venture operating company\, a private equity venture capitalist and an Angel investor.
