During the Words of Wisdom event\, you will: \n\nEngage with other SIM members in small group discussions\, answering questions and prompts like making the most of an internship\, how to overcome challenges\, successful self-promotion\, etc. Responses will be anonymously shared with NPower trainees to support them on their journey from trainee to intern to full-time employee\, making a meaningful impact on their lives.\n\n\nHear from SIM NY Metro member\, Herb Hoffman\, about his experience as an NPower volunteer.\n\n\nLearn about NPower’s efforts to integrate young adults from underserved communities and military- connected adults into the technology sector.\n\nNPower creates pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and young adults from underserved communities.
