June 8th, 2020 at Flanders Valley Golf Course has been postponed. Due to the uncertainty of the current spread and duration of the COVID19 pandemic; as well as associated best practices and mandated restrictions to assure the continued health of our community, the NJSIM Foundation has decided to postpone our Annual Golf Outing. Our wishes for continued good health go out to our membership, state, country and around the world.
Our intention is to reschedule sometime in September. Please look for an update in June.
Although the outing is delayed, we intend to proceed with the award of educational scholarships for a select group of candidates with financial need, who are pursuing degrees in I.T. Scholarship recipients are identified by their schools for both scholastic achievement and community leadership and vetted by the members of our Scholarship Committee.
As the primary source of the funds supporting all of the Foundation’s grant activities, delaying the golf outing will impact our ability to give back.
