As SVP, Managing Director and Head of Risk, Enterprise Integration & Digital
Technology at Webster Bank, Louise leads enterprise-wide transformation across API
ecosystems, risk platforms, and digital capabilities. She operates at the intersection of
strategy and execution—where decisions carry weight, complexity is constant, and
leadership is measured by outcomes.
Throughout her career, Louise has been called into the toughest situations—regulatory
