Recent closures have shown that COVID-19 is still disrupting our lives and our businesses. Are IT leaders continuing what they started in 2020, or are their plans changing as a result of the coronavirus resurgence? While many companies invested strategically in technology as part of their pandemic response, the business environment continues to be soft for many sectors of the economy. How is your company faring? What new investments in technology are you planning? Do you see further declines in your business sector, and if so, how are you responding to this?
